If your fish don't eat it in a matter of 1 hour remove it from the tank.
Yes they do. Their mouths are just big enough to fit a whole one, and they will. Watch the kissing fish if he starts chasing the tetras around the tank, and if he is, take him out. I just found this out this morning counting the tetras in my tank. Two were missing and I found one floating shell of a tetra. Criminal: kissing fish.

dont put oil in your fish tank. the only things that should go in to your fish tank are things bought at the fish store. also insure you know what these products do and how to properly use them first
This may mean that you are over feeding your fish and they cannot finish what you have put in the tank; reduce the amount of food you give each feeding, and make sure you clean the tank regularly
its possible but i have a crayfish who his food is floating he gets it but no they can not get out cause they are use to the water
Fish.
most fish that i have seen doing this are doing so because of lack of oxygen in the tank.
First, leave the bag with the fish in it floating at the top of the tank. Leave it there for thirty minutes for the goldfish to get used to the water temperature, then you can put it in the tank.
If by "Pink Gourami" you mean Kissing gourami (Helostoma temmincki) Provided the tank is set up for tropical anabantids the main reason I know of would be that the tank is not big enough. These tropical fish grow to over 10 Inches quite rapidly so a large tank would be necessary (minimum tank size for a pair of these fish would be around 30 gallons.
Fish can be anesthetized, so it would make sense that some substances could give fish a "high". I do not suggest pouring things into the fish tank or fish food, however. Adding things to a fish tank will alter the water chemistry, possibly to lethal levels.
