It depends on the type of injection system you got. Multi port injection system needs 55psi-60psi to operate, Throttle body injection needs somewhere around 45psi anything less then that is a good indecation of a bad fuel pump. A chilton's manuel should specify proper fuel pressure.

Chevy does not have a reset button, Only for had that. You need to check the fuel pump relay and fuel pump fuse. Chevy had a problem with the wireing harness going bad back where it plugs into the top of the fuel tank.
