There are three major divisions of Hinduism according to the God or Goddess that they choose to worship. 1. Vaishnavas, who worship Lord Vishnu, 2. Shaivas, who worship Lord Shiva, and 3. Shaktas, who worship the Mother Goddess, Durga. A fourth division is of those who think that completing rituals according to Vedas is the most important. These people are known as Smartas. But worshiping a different God or Goddess in Hinduism does not mean that these people are at odds. It is just that particular people have different chosen deities, though they are respectful to all Gods and Goddesses and would not hesitate to bow to others or worship them.

Actually there are four. Three Gods and one Goddess. The Gods are Brahma (the creator God), Vishnu (the sustainer God), and Shiva (the destroyer God). The Goddess is Mother Durga. Why Brahman Vishnu and Siva the three supreme Gods in Hinduism are not united in their will goal and purpose?

Well, unlike Jewish, Islam and Christianity, Hinduism doesn't believe in one god. Therefore the three main gods are given three main duties : Brahma creates, Vishnu looks over the life and Shiva take cares of the death. One reason why they are not united can be because these three are the three main stages in a human's life and therefore Hinduism sees it as three distinct yet powerful elements. (Note: There are certain instances in Hinduism which indicates that all the Gods are one)
