When you are asked to describe your strongest skills, this is your time to boast about what is great about you. While you want to be honest, you should play down the skills that need improving. Make them things that will not make you look like a poor employee.
While most candidates are going to list general skills such as strong communications skills and leadership ability, you will stand out if you can also give examples. Highlight one or two skills and use job-related examples to show how you put these skills in action.

I think in order to have a fair or favorable application, you need to consider the skills, experience and most especially the attitude of the applicant. Skills and knowledge can be learned but personalities and values are innate and honed in a long time in a person.
Honestly, the skills I THINK you need to be in musical threate (spell error) are dedication, talent, confidence, creativty, and except the unexcepted!
