Daedric Armour has the higher armour value, even when upgraded. Dragonplate Armour is slightly lower, but weighs only 4/5 as much as Daedric. Arguably, Dragonplate is easy to make, as it requires easily obtained Dragonbone rather than Daedra Hearts.
Also It doesn't matter. The armor rating cap in Skyrim is 576. And since both armors can hit the cap, both are equal. It just depends on which one you think looks better.
The Daedric armor in the elderscrolls v skyrim takes a lot if effort to obtain. You have the option of crafting your own armor or taking it from others. It can be found (rarely) as loot from legendary dragons or stolen from dead dremora people. To craft it you will need leather strips which are very easy to get. You also need ebony Ingots which can be mined from Gloombound mine which is located in Narzalbur. That is found directly southeast of windhelm, next to the dragon Solohknir's burial site after being resurrected by alduin himself. Finally, you need Daedra hearts wich can be bought from Enthir, an elf that resides within the college of Winterhold, north of Winterhold, for 900 coins or less. It weighs around 90 pounds and gives you roughly 400 armor points. I advise you to craft a sword, (52 damage) a warhammer (51 damage) and a bow (38 damage) to go with your armor. As well as a shield. The dragon armor requires leather strips, dragon scales, and dragon bones. Scales and bones can be found as loot, you'll need to kill around 5 dragons to obtain the proper amount. Unless you have purchased the elder scrolls v dragonborn (1600 Microsoft points) then you cannot forge any dragon weapons. Though you should use Daedric weapons, you could still keep a dragon shield. It weighs about 90 pounds and gives 350 armor points. I have had skyrim for a few years. All in all, the Daedric armor is better than the dragon armor.
Daedric offers greater protection than Dragonplate, but it is considerably heavier and the daedra hearts are not so easy to come by.
On the other hand, defence has a cap, and you can easily hit that cap with upgraded Dragonplate, and the ingredients for it often come right to you, you don't even need to go looking. The downside is that you need 100 smithing for dragon gear.

daedric
It is daedric armour!
There are no fixed locations, they just start appearing when you are at a high level.
Daedric armor is said to be the best armor in the game. But "bound" armor simply means that you cast the spell bound on a piece of armor to "claim" it.
Sorry you can't because it is the rarest armor in the game, besides dragon armor and you can only craft it
There is no Dragon Priest Armor, only their masks.
you have to make it yourself
You make it yourself once you reach skill level 90 on Smithing. You need Ebony Ore and Daedra Hearts.
At a very high level there is a possibility. By then you will have enough money to buy it. So you might as well learn how to make it yourself.
Daedric armor provides the best defense out of all armor types, but is a heavy armor. Glass is the best light armor.
Armor points refer to how effective the armor is against preventing damage, the higher the number, the better.
