∙ 13y agoIn 1906, J.J. Thomson said that all atoms have positive and negative charges. In 1911, Ernest Rutherford proposed that all atoms had a nucleus in their centre and in 1922, Neils Bohr discovered the positive neucleus is surrounded by electrons in certain energy levels that orbit the neucleus. He also prefected the Bohr-Rutherford Model.
