they cant eat anything with gluten in it. like wheat, barley, and oats. so anything with flour in they cant eat, like bread and pasta and cakes. you also need to watch out for like soyya sauce and some mustards. they can eat all fruit and vegetables and rice. now a days all ingredients much be listed so you can always check but they dont have to state if it is gluten-free or not. try and avoid most processed foods like hams ect.
