∙ 10y agoThere could be many causes for this, from a bruise to a muscle strain. However, one of the symptoms of a heart attack in progress is pain in the upper left arm which radiates through the breast.

∙ 15y agoI'm not particularly sure, but in case its anything severe, i suggest you see a doctor soon. could be soreness or possibly a form of cancer. talk to your doctor.
