What can you do about this situation if anything?

OK SO HERES WHAT HAPPENED!

On Saturday 2/06/2010 I was at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego attending a supercross event, i had a great night watching the event and when i was leaving i had to get on the trolley to go home. the trolley is how i got to the stadium and the trolley was my only way home that night. so at about 9:20 pm i was leaving the stadium with my 2 friends i met at the event. when i entered the trolley station they have security guards checking tickets, so i showed him my ticket and he told me in a very rude manor " you have the wrong ticket go buy the right one and come back". so i asked him "where do i buy a ticket?" i don't ride the trolley very often so i was not aware that i had a wrong ticket. After i asked him where to get one and he pointed at a office below the trolley station, so i told him "well let me tell my friends that i have to go buy a ticket so they don't leave me", because my friends did not hear him telling me this. and they were about to get on a trolley. so i started walking towards my friends to tell them to wait for me, at that point he grabbed my left arm and pulled it behind my back and then grabbed me around the neck and pushed my head down and started walking me down the ramp away from the trolley station. during that time he was walking me down the ramp he was talking to me in very inappropriate language and i quote, "get the f--k out of here, go buy the right f--king ticket or leave!"

my mother was on the phone with me at the time that he used unnecessary force towards me , she heard me even tell the security officer that he had no right to talk to me in that manor. at that point my friends also turned around and noticed that the officer was unnecessarily restraining me by my arm and escorting me down the trolley ramp. As soon as i got down there i went over to a police officer and told him what had haappened and he took me back up there and requested that i wanted to speak with the security officers supervisor. when a supervisor came down the supervisor went straight to the security officer that restrained me and started getting his story first. seems to me that he should have come to me first after all i was the one who requested to talk to him. so when the supervisor talked to me i told him that i felt the security officer had used force that was unnecessary for that situation, and he pretty much told me there is nothing he can do about it.because he was not the supervisor of that officer because he works for a different company. so i felt they had no reason to even send down a supervisor to talk to that wasn't even in charge of that officer. so i requested the security officers name and badge number and number of his employer and he wrote down the officers information and told me to call them on monday to file my complaint.

The supervisor seem to be nice and cooperate with my reuest and after i was finished talking to him i asked him if i can buy a trolley ticket and get on the trolley to go home and he told me no because the officer that restrained me was refusing me service for the night witch means i could not ride the trolley, so in that case i had no ride home. so i ended up stranded at the stadium and all my friends were gone.I strongly feel that they had no right to deny me access to public conveyance. By doing so i feel they put me in danger by leaving me without any way home. i could have gotten mug or robbed or anything else could have happened to me since i was left alone at the stadium with no way home.

not to mention the public humiliation this incident caused me that night.

i am very upset over this situation and i will do eveything i can to get this taken care of in a way i feel is proper.

THIS IS MY ROUGH REPORT THAT I MYSELF TYPED UP ABOUT THE INCCIDENT. IS THERE ANY LAWFUL ACTION I CAN TAKE AGAINST THIS SITUATION OR DO I PRETTY MUCH BRUSH IT OFF?
