Not a lot without spending a fair amount of money or losing some of your 'creature comforts'. To go faster (in a straight line) you either need to increase BHP or decrease weight. The 4AGE is apparently in a fairly high state of tune already so further tuning possibilities are normally either insignificant or not cost effective (for the average owner). You can fit a 'sports' exhaust (maybe +5 BHP), fit an induction kit, eg. K&N (maybe +5 BHP), fit uprated HT leads, spark plugs, coil etc. (maybe +1 or 2 BHP in total) and from there you start going into things like lightened flywheel, gas flowed head and other more serious, and expensive options. People who want a more serious power increase often go for fitting a more powerful engine (see other answers on this site). Decreasing weight will have the same effect, and is normally free! This can range from taking your junk out of the boot to fully stripping out a track-only car. NB. Going faster around corners is a different ball game entirely!

Does it go into gear with the engine off? If so, I'd be suspicious of the clutch adjustment.
Should be located in the removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
