It depends on tour hair type, length and what you have done to it (coloring,perming..)and your hair's moisture balance if you hair is brittle, breaks off easily, you find a lot (50-100 hairs that don't have a root attached if most to all hair have roots you have a shedding problem) hair breakage on your shirts, and rough(consider if your hair is naturally rough) you need moisture. If your hair streches very far and is gummy when wet, limp(consider if your hair is naturally limp)you need protein. Search for protein or moisture treatments and balance it out anytime you hair leans too far on either side protein or moisture. your welcome

How do you make slow growing hair grow super fast?

Here are a few tips on how to help your hair to grow faster. First, cut off the split ends. Yes, I know, you want your hair to grow, not get shorter. Well, you have to start by getting rid of the split ends. The dead and split ends just have to go because your hair needs to be healthy. After getting them cut off, you really need to take care of your hair. Use a wide-toothed comb if you must brush your hair while it's wet as it will help keep the ends from breaking off. Use a shampoo made specially for your type of hair. There are shampoos for dry hair, for damaged hair, for weak hair, for thin hair, and so on. The hair needs to be moist (not as in wet, but not "dry"), healthy, thick, and strong. Don't use rubber bands or elastics with the metal enclosure to pull your hair back, else it will break your hair. Also, massaging your scalp daily is recommended for hair growth.

Does braiding synthenic hair into your natural hair damage your natural hair?

I can't speak for everyone but if you yank on a braid, it pulls out and some of your natural hair comes out with it, that section of hair will be damaged. I know. I was taking out my braids (w/ synthetic hair in my natural) and the end of my comb got stuck. I yanked on it and pulled out some of my hair. I went to a hair salon the next day to discover that my hair was broken off in that section. When getting synthetic hair (braids, weave etc.) make sure your the ends of your hair are trim, you get an hot oil treatment, use a good shampoo without chemicals and protein rich conditioner so that your hair isn't dry. Dry hair is easily damaged so yeah synthetic hair can damage your hair if your hair is weak. Hope this helps.
