The beaches at D-Day looked just like normal beaches, but some spots were longer from shore to trees, grass, ect. On the day of the landings, the beaches were covered in land mines, foxholes, tanks, men, and blood. In some spots further back you could see the Atlantic Wall, which Hitler built to help fortify the coast.
They looked like beaches with many concrete defences and tank obstacles in the sand.

Waterbug feces will look much like coffee grounds. The amount of feces found is often an indicator of the seriousness of the infestation.
because the thing or person that vomited might have eaten coffee grounds and their stomach might not agreed with them so their for the stomach got rid of the coffee grounds I believe that 'coffee grounds' is used to describe vomited blood, as from an ulcer. Blizzard offers a wide selection of things to do in world of warcraft like BAttle grounds (you kill online players in battle also know as pvp) and doing dungeaons and simple as just chatting with people there are over 15million peaople playing this game and way more to come. you can just stand there and look cool when you get stuff that other people dont have.
