What difference did Joseph goebbels make?

I never liked that blunt bi-directional phrase ( something can be different- inded decisive and dead Wrong. also seems to imply an unpleasant duty- like agit prop= you know save a watt ( as opposed to the smoother- use electricity energy-wise_ so to speak. polemics aside, Goebbels was the big noise- the Nazi Minister of Propaganda who9 made an enormous impact in the Nazi hate and total war campaigns- he popularized the latter slogan. Oddly- while on propaganda, the Nazi energy-conservation propaganda- called Fuel economy- was catchy, often humorous- and used the slogan Kohlenklau Kommt! ( the Coal thief is coming) and was spiked with humor.so it goes. Goebbels made a Horrible difference- an impact on Nazi Propaganda- imagine if all some alien world knew of Humanity was tapes of Goebbels.
