A commonality between Albert Einstein and Charles Darwin is they are both credited with making major discoveries/conclusions that reshaped the world as we know it and beliefs about how it works.
common descent
common descent
Evolution fits this definition, but the inclusion of the phrase, "with a common ancestor," is crucial in order to appropriately apply this term in the context of Darwin's work.
Fact #1: Darwin's theory of evolution proposes that populations of organisms originating from a shared common ancestor diverge, producing new species. Fact #2: Darwin's theory of evolution proposes that the most important mechanisms driving the divergence of populations are reproductive variation and differential reproductive success. Fact #3: Darwin's theory of evolution proposes that, following #1, all known life on Earth is ultimately related through descent. A gratuitous fact #4: The modern theory of evolution is no longer limited to Darwin's original proposals. New facts have been found, new mechanisms proposed, and existing models and hypotheses refined to accommodate the new data.
Charles Darwin was born in 1809. He sailed around the coast of South America on a ship called the Beagle for five years, he began his journey at the age of 25. While sailing he collected many different types of plants and animals on the mainland and on islands. He discovered that animals are all unique to their own island and the animals would come up to the humans because they had never met humans before. One of his most famous theories is his idea of the survival of the fittest, also called natural selection. It basically means: The unequal ability of individuals to survive and reproduce. Darwin proposed that organisms descended from common ancestors and that natural selection is the driving force for evolution. It took Darwin 25 years to publish his book about evolution. He thought that his theory took away a need for a God. Darwin's theory of evolution challenged both the Religious and the science community ideas at that time. Alfred Russel Wallace was the man who motivated Darwin to publish his book (The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection) because Wallace had come up with the same theory Darwin had and Darwin wanted to get credit for his work so he published his book before Wallace could.

they both were genius and also they both dropped out of school
When Albert Einstein was a kid, teachers didn't like him at all. He dozed off in class, he got bad grades, and he was hit in the knuckles with a ruler (a common punishment used back then.)
