Of course not. There are no beliefs to violate in Atheism. Atheism is simply a lack of belief in gods.

Many religious based expressions have become deeply ingrained in modern language. Atheists may use those phrases at times. Oh god is one of the most commonly used and does not necessarily have any religious connotation when uttered during the high point of a sexual encounter.
