Agnostics are people who believe that nothing is known or can be known of the existence or nature of God or of anything beyond material phenomena; people who claim neither faith nor disbelief in God.

As you can see, nothing in that definition has any bearing on what they wear. They wear clothes and shoes the same as anyone else.

There are agnostic people in just about every culture, so the clothing worn by agnostic people is hardly standardized.

The word agnostic comes from the Greek word gnostos, which means "to be known", and the prefix a-, which means "not". So although the word is mostly used today to refer to people who are unsure about the existence of god(s), people can be agnostic, i.e. without knowledge, about any claim. For example, someone who doesn't claim to know whether or not mankind has landed on the moon would be agnostic in regards to that claim.

Notice (a)gnosticism deals with knowledge, not belief. As such, it is not mutually exclusive to belief or disbelief. Returning to the most common use of the term, someone can believe in god(s) without claiming to know that god(s) exist, and someone can disbelieve god claims without claiming to know that god(s) don't exist. These would be agnostic theists and agnostic atheists, respectively. Most atheists belong to this category. People can also believe in god(s) while claiming to know they exist, gnostic theism, and not believe in god(s) while claiming to know they don't exist, gnostic Atheism.

Since agnosticism only deals with the certainty of a claim and not the belief in a claim, agnostics can exist in virtually every belief system. Since agnostics can belong to any religion or no religion, it is impossible to say that agnostics share any sort of clothing, symbolism, or anything else that can be worn.

What do you call one who believes in nothing at all?

An atheist is someone that does not believe in a specific religion, but some of them still believe in the existence of a higher Begin. A person who we call a Agnostic is a person who does not believe in anything at all. The English term "agnostic" comes from the Greek word "agnostos," which means, "to not know." An agnostic is one who admits, "I don't know." People who call themselves Agnostic's, are the people who are not afraid to admit that they do not know for sure that there is no God. They would just rather live in the now and believe in what they experience around them.
