As a result of its use by the media, the word psychopathhas become a near synonym for serial killer. The term generally used now is sociopath. Sociopaths have great difficulty learning from life, from experience; and this hampers their emotional development: they are desperately immature and very selfish. They have no respect for others. They lack a conscience; many are sadistic and, above all, they crave victims.
Sociopathy and Psychopathy are both the laymans terms for Antisocial Personality Disorder.

Probably, but just to point out that being a psychopath doesn't mean you have the urge to kill, it just means you don't have the same range of emotions (if any) as "regular" people, which i guess makes it easier to kill. I like to think that most politicians are psychopaths
ALL? No, off course not. Also ask the control question and find evidence for: "Do all people show violent tendencies".
Not usually.Sociopath and psychopath are entirely different diagnoses than depression. These are considered behavioral disorders. Depression is a mood disorder. It usually produces profound lethargy or the inability to act on one's desires, which means they'd make pretty bad psychopaths because they'd just lie around and not do anything about their desires.
No not always but they can be.
