Best Answer

The THC in marijuana is a mild hallucinogen.

To a first-time smoker, the effects are more dramatic. The less frequent you smoke it's the same. The more you smoke though (like 5-10 joints or more a day) your tolerance will drop and your head won't be as overwhelmed if you will, but you will still get the medicinal benefits. Perhaps its the cannabinoids binding to your brain receptors and repairing them? 2 of the greater medicinal benefits are as follows:

1.) pain management (a reason Arthritis & multieple sclerosis & others use it for pain. Its better than lortabs, aspirin, and other pills made from laboratory chemicals).

2.) clearer thinking (some say it makes them "dumb" but in my case it makes me smarter. I'm able to solve complex computer issues in my line of work more easily and see things more clearly personally).

there are people now living with glioblastoma multforme brain tumors and should have BEEN dead, but due to the amount of frequent smoking (im talking at least 7-10+ joints a day) a guy is still alive today with that tumor.Cannabis is a body repair tool. It has cannabinoids as we have cannabinoid receptors in our brain (Google brain cannabinoid receptors). What is wrong inside a person it fixes. If one has parkinsons, it regulates the signals sent by receptors and slows htem so the person doesn't shake. If they have cancers/tumors it shrinks/kills them. Cannabis is a wonderful thing. Don't be mislead by what the DEA, government, and others want you to believe. Research and knowledge is power
