Expelling feces is rather simple. You simply feel the urge to defecate, and you go to a toilet and push it out. Then you should wipe and clean your anus. Unless you are constipated or have other problems, you don't need to do anything else. If you have occasional constipation, there are products for that, but if you have chronic constipation, severe pain, or bleeding when you defecate, you should see a doctor.
Don't try to force it. Your body will take care of pushing it out. Drink more water. Talk to your doctor about a mild laxative.

The anus is merely the name of an opening that has a sphincter of muscular tissue around it to hold the anus closed. By saying feces "enters" the anus, you're meaning that feces is already partway out of the body because the anus does NOT "hold" anything. The rectum does.
The verb excrete means to separate and expel a substance as waste (especially applied to metabolic byproducts). For humans, this would include feces, urine, and sweat.
Feces (poop) is found in the intestines and moves through them to get to the part of the intestines called the colon, then moves on to the part called the rectum and then you expel it from your body out of your anus (butt hole).
