It Would Be Best To Remove Your Battery, Clean All Connections While Charging Your Battery. Then Try To Start. You May Not Be Getting A Good Connection When Trying To Jump Start & Your Battery May Be Completly Discharged. When You Get `er Going Run By A Parts House And Test Your Battery. Good Luck

Are you positive the battery is dead? Have you tried to jump start it? That clicking could be the starter relay.
If the 1992 Dodge Caravan won't start but makes a clicking noise, it is probably a combination of things. The starter solenoid is making the battery go dead between starts. Replace both and the problem should be solved.
