It sounds like you may have a chemical imbalance. This can be quite serious actually. I experienced this when I was about 20 years old, now Im 31. Little did I know this was a symptom of depression. I sought out a MD when the crying and exhaustion (for no apparent reason) were causing me not to sleep. The crying was my way of expressing my anxiety (although it took a doctor to recognize this). I was started on the antidepressant Celexa, which was the best thing that couldve happenend to me. Despite not feeling anxious prior to taking the medication, I realized after having been on it for about 2 weeks, I REALLY was anxious and the Celexa helped just make everything OK and the crying went away. I realize that some people do not believe in taking antidepressants, so I say to each his own. Hope this helps!
