you can feed them carot peels,old vegies, and basiccaly anything else old and decomposed. I put moss with my worms for shelter, and they eat it. (i strongly suggest that you put in some moss for shelter and food)

well, it depends if you mean as a pet or in the wild. as a pet there are a variety of things you can feed it. here are a selection of things you can easily buy from a pet shop or any shop: fish food, bloodworms/ tubifex worms/ daphnia (only to be fed 1-2 a week), boiled peas, boiled lettuce/ cabbage, boiled carrot, aquarium plants and lots of other things. in the wild (but can still be bought to feed): insect larvae, worms, aquatic plants and snail eggs.
