Input device is a device you plug into computer. For example: mouse, keyboard...
i donot know
i exactly donot know the working..but i know the basic thing it does..whatever input signal is given to it..it creats a dV/dt output of the input signal... example say you are given input as a rectangular pulse wave...then at the output you would recieve a spike....
As far as I know, no storage device is an input device but data can be inputted on to it. Unless a program is running from a storage device and transfers data to another then it might be considered an input device but that's it.
I dont know
Where are you most likely to come across this type of input device?
I dont know

An input device is anything that a person can use to add information to a computer so it can work. A CD, web camera, mouse, keyboard, digital camera, drawing tablet, microphone, scanner, disk drive, joystick, ATM, and bar code scanners can all be used as input devices.
well a monitor is output........ dnt know what tft is..... sorry
It's input I think, not that sure, but I just know that it reads data from a disc and then views them onto the computer screen. :)
INPUT OUTPUT device for a Personal Computer unless PC is "Politically Correct" then I don't know. Good Luck
