Salt in toothpaste is used as an abrasive. It's not nearly as effective as fighting off bacteria of the mouth as baking soda, but it still is proven to be effective. It will also fight off infections in your mouth.
it whitens the teeth
The only dangerous ingredient listed is salt. Salt is too abrasive to use in a daily toothpaste. Over time, it will wear away the enamel.
you can't
Many people use toothpaste as a homemade glass scratch filler. You should use inexpensive toothpaste that is white, and that does not have anything added. For example, extra whitening, or tarter control. Just use plain toothpaste. Use a very soft and lint free cloth to apply the toothpaste to the scratch.
There are no home made pregnancy tests. Toothpaste can not pick up on pregnancy hormones.
All I know is that you can either use baking powder or baking soda it apparently whitens your teeth I just made a batch of homemade toothpaste myself and it works great I encourage everyone to try it!
