It means you have a drain issue.. DON'T call the repair man until you go to this site for self help.. I'm a 46 yr old gram & I've used them to repair mine 3 times.. saved LOTS of $$ doing it myself.. Parts were here in 2 days as promised.. Takes a week to get the repairman in with the parts & they can jack up prices & the labor charge is ALOT just to get them to walk in the door..If this problem is new you probably just need to clean out the drain traps.. easy but be ready for stinky water to pour out..
