Everyone has lumps behind the ears and in the throat areas, as well as, in the head. These lumps are part of the lymph node system and some are just glands. When there is an infection in the body the lymph nodes will swell and be sore. Lymph nodes swell as they trap infection. If the lumps are glands, it could still be infection, but either way it is best to check with a doctor.

The information above is actually like true but maybe your child has a loose tooth.

Check your child's teeth and see is there a loose tooth if not then go check your doctor.

What are lumps behind the ear if you wear specs and discovered today a lump behind your left ear and also on the lobe of the same ear some very tiny yellow lumps and there is no pain just uncomfort?

Specs shouldn't cause that. It would be best to get them checked out by a doctor as soon as possible. Even if there is no pain, it could be a warning of something that needs attention.
