She is obviously not interested in you anymore and it is time for your both to move on and go your separate ways. You could just put her stuff together and give it to one of her friends or leave it at her house for her - its best not to confront her. Put a note in the box if she has anything of yours that you would like it if she could return it to you. There is no sense arguing or being rude in these circumstances just let go nicely and move on.
