it all really depends on your intake of carbohydrates and fatty foods e.g. white bread, pasta etc. because your body can use either fat or carbohydrates for energy when you do basic exercise so if you eat a a lot of carbohydrates then your body's not going to use fat for energy so when you do eat any fatty foods (e.g. chocolate, cheese etc.) then your body will just store it. so this is why when people go on diets they cut down their carbohydrate intake then whwn you do excersise (e.g. walking, running etc.) then you loose the fat on your body
