What does one do in the state of Maryland when they are unable to work have no income house in foreclosure in need of medical services and recently denied on disability reconsideration.. HELP?

If you have been turned down for all services in Maryland, you need to visit the Red Cross, Salvation Army, churches, and the DHS office. These places can help if you are in foreclosure, with food, and even medical services. Speak with a lawyer for the disability and maybe they can refile.

No. I was recently laid off while on disability. The law in Texas says you have to be able to physically be able to work so if you are on disability you can't work. This is NOT correct! Social Security Disability allows you to work even if you are 100% disabled! They limit how much you can earn. (Your unemployment income will NOT reduce your disability payment because SS does not consider it to be employment income!)
