That would be impossible to tell without identifying the police department, dispatch unit, state, city, jurisidiction, whether or not it is sheriffs, police, constables, etc. Each police department is different.

10 codes are different around the country. For example his is condition of a patient but on my department 10-45 is animal carcess.

Signals and ten codes are not standardized. Each department has their own version to fit their specific needs.

Example:

Tampa Police: 10-07 means an officer is done with his shift for the day/night and signing off. "I am 10-08 and 10-07" would mean I am done with this call and heading home.

In Metro Dade County 10-07 means to cancel. "Radio, 10-07 that 10-42." would mean that they no longer need an ambulance that they requested.

One of the easiest ways to find out the codes for your specific area is to look them up by your local department or call a non-emergency number for a district office and ask. The codes and signals are public, and many districts will hand out a code sheet or tell you a website where they keep them listed.
