the surgeon left a small portion of the appendix and now is being obstructed or infected by a fecalito (small stone made of hardened stools) or this time coul be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection)...get a urine test, a complete blood cell count and an X-Ray and you have a better diagnosis.
