Physically, there is not much difference between the brain of a human being and that of large animals, such as the ape or a whale. But The Bible says that only human beings have a spirit that is united with our brain (1 Corinthians 2:11). Another scripture says that man would not be able to know the things of man except by the spirit of man that is in him (Job 32:8). And since spirit is outside of our five senses to know, it had to be revealed by God. So apart from that explanation there is no other logical explanation as to why the human brain's output is vastly superior to all animal; which is why scientist are unable to answer that question adequately.

Your brain is more complex than animals (you are a type of monkey ya'know) so one thing we can do that animals can't is think more, we also have more motor functions, therefore more coordination when we do things, we can also talk and the only other thing that can talk is a parrot, but parrots don't master a language, they just play back what they hear. We have an upper advantage on animals, making us dominant, but we need to be nice to our animal friends, because we were like them before.

How is your brain different from the brain of animals?

In one sense, since humans are animals, your brain does not differ from the brina of an animal. human brains, and those of the other great apes, do differ from those of other animals in size relative to body size. In addition, human brains have structured that some other animals, reptiles, for example, lack.

What distinguishes a humans brain from other animals?

Animals with larger brains tend to be larger than animals with smaller brains. Also, to a degree, larger brains tend to mean more complex behaviors. Yes, some mammals have more brains than humans and have less intelligence, but any mammal is more intelligent than an earthworm which only has some ganglia for a brain.

Do barnacles have brains?

Some, such as octopii, possess a brain, but most mollusks just have concentrations of nerve cells in their body that serve as primitive brains, called ganglia (singular ganglion). To add to the previous answerer, Cephalopods (squids, chambered nautilus, octopi, cuttlefish) have a brain.
