The Option key (often labelled Alt) is found in the middle of the three keys either side of the Space bar; the three keys being from the outside moving towards the Space bar:
Control (ctrl), Option (alt) and Command (cmd)

∙ 11y agoIf you are on a Mac, they should be to the left and right of the space bar. These keys do not exist on a PC, but the Alt key is the equivalent of the Option key. As for the Command key, the Windows key sends the same scan code (they're the same key from the computer's point of view) but they are used for much different purposes.
