What do enzymes in the pancreas do?

I think the enzymes (Pancreatic Amylase, Trypsin, & Pancreatic Lipase) help break down starch into sugars, proteins into simple proteins, & fats into glycerol + fatty acids.

Starch + Pancreatic Amylase ---> Sugars

Proteins + Trypsin ---> Simple Proteins

Fats + Pancreatic Lipase ---> Glycerol + Fatty Acids
