It's just a poem for the meaning of the Circle of Life. The man who eats the cow who ate the grass who lives off the soil dies and is returned to soil to nourish the grass that feeds and nourishes the cow who is eaten by another man or other men. And so the cycle continues. We can also take out the man by the more Mother Nature way of saying that the cow that dies and decomposes creates soil for the grass which feeds other cows. Grasses also die and decompose, resulting in food for other grasses and plants. Essentially, all living things, man, beast or plant, dies and goes back into the most basic of elements that is used by other subsequent plants/animals; or, to put it more bluntly, we are all destined to be turned back into soil after we have died.
