Most beers contain barley. Other than that, not much. Barley water, obviously,

You can get barley grits and barley flour, so also barley breads. Pretty uncommon though. Pearl barley is used a lot in soups, but mostly only in home cooking, not so much in canned soup.

What foods contain gluten?

gluten is a protein composite found in foods processed from wheat and related grain species, including barley and rye. Many processed foods contain smaller amounts of gluten from ingredients such as "modified food starch," so there may be gluten in foods such as catsup, beer, and ice cream. Also, foods that do not naturally contain gluten, may have some gluten as a result of being processed at a facility that makes other foods.

Does malt flavoring contain wheat?

I'm going to renegade this one. Barley is a grain in the wheat family. Maltose is derived from Barley. If someone had a severe wheat allergy or gluten intolerance they could eat no grain in the wheat family, barley included. Hope that helps
