Mostly WWII guns, like Girands, Brownings, etc. Also, new innovations, like howitzers, were also springing up. The AK-47 was invented in the 1950s, too.
None. The Cold War was a "war" of nerves, words and political maneuvering. There were no guns involved (that's what made it a "cold" war).
No. The cold war was a separate event but was continuous with no stopping until the Berlin Wall came down in 1989. The Viet War was simply "part" of the cold war...the shooting part of the cold war. The cold war itself was NO WAR AT ALL. That's why they called it "Cold" the guns didn't get hot! When guns are fired they get HOT! In Vietnam the guns got hot.
guns
The Cold War was known as the Cold War because there was no guns or violent just the USA and Soviet Union trying to be the first to do stuff in space.
arms= guns and guns are muscles so muscles like biceps
The guns used in war to shoot down planes are called antiaircraft guns.
guns
No bombs were actually used during the Cold War. That was why it was not a hot war.
Guns and cannons
The Bren light machine guns were used in World War II, the Korean war, the Falklands War and the 1991 Gulf War. Bren light guns were a series of light machine guns adopted by the British in the 1930's.
Ah, but the East and West were very much at war: A war of ideologies, a war of political one-upsmanship, a war of nerves. The only thing it didn't have was shooting. So no hot guns blazing away, as in a typical "hot" war. Just nerves and hubris - a "cold" war.
