Nope. Global Warming is slow.
Atom Squad - 1953 The Plot to Melt the North Pole 1-2 was released on: USA: 13 July 1953
because the ice at north and south pole has melt
Restate your question. Does not make sense.
if the world is going to melt then the sun has to be closer therefore the artic and the north pole will melt. asuming that is the case we have about 30+ years to go. or if it isn't the sun than it should be the ozone layer which would have tons of huge hols in it so that also would lead to the artic or the north pole to melt. so yes the earth is going to melt so be prepared for the worst.
The North Pole is situated in the Arctic Ocean, where the temperature is never warm enough to melt the thick sea ice that freezes much of the year.
The water at the south pole is not melting till now. But the melting water from the north pole will elevate the ocean water and then we are flooded near the coasts.
The North Pole and the South Pole are just places. They have a lot of ice, and the ice is melting, faster in some places than in others. So the Polar Regions do melt, but they haven't completely melted yet.
