As a result of failing a job required drug test, you will not receive the job position.
If you fail the drug test, you will not be arrested. Being under the influence of drugs, alone, is not a crime. The crime is having possession of drugs, which a drug test, alone, does not prove. However, you will certainly not be hired for the job.
yes it came back as pcp on my drug test now i have no job
I have some phenergan my spouse took I ate something bad have to drug test monday will this make me fail will lose job if fail tired of vomiting?
Yes, if it is true you are using drugs and fail the test. I suggest you stop if you do use.
Not if you have a legal prescription for it and are taking it as prescribed. I am an RN and take Percocet daily and have never been turned down for a job for a + drug test.
Not if you are proven to be impaired on the job. A quanitity test is done to check on how much is in the system.
You are really stupid.. (sorry but you don't have to be a genius to pass) you have to get more than one third of the questions right, you can get 2/3 of them wrong and still pass, though you won't get the job that you want. If you fail, your recruiter can reschedule you and you can take it again. (expect this time study for it.)
No. They will ask you about prescriptions before they do the drug test. It might be best to bring your script bottle with you just in case. That way, they have no excuse to fail you.
Presumably if you're taking a tricyclic antidepressant you have a prescription for it. It's not really a drug of abuse, so it's unlikely that any drug test would bother screening for it unless you're in a REALLY sensitive job.
no!The only way you could still have a possibility of getting the job once failing a drug screen, would be for you to produce prescriptions for whatever meds you failed the test for.
They can test you at any time they feel necessary.
Yes you can get drug tested from your employer at anytime they want even when you get hurt on the job dont do drugs and you wont have to worry.coming from someone that was a drug user at one time
