Nothing will happen to severe. BUT you will get flem in the back of your throat and when you sneeze since it doesnt have another way out, it may come out your mouth.
hahahhaa ya right!!! if u hold ur nose when you sneeze studies dhwo that you can create infections in your brain causing either bleeding infections, or even hearing loss....you can burst your eardrum or pinch a back muscle from holding in sneezes!!!
BOTTOM LINE : Don't try it!

∙ 12y agoWell, if you sneeze when your nose is runny and you don't blow it afterwards, you'll probably end up having to keep sniffing every few seconds. But it's probably a good idea to blow your nose after you sneeze normally, too.

∙ 11y agoThe last time I held my nose closed when I sneezed, it made my ears pop pretty hard. I don't recommend doing it.
