Was a person who continues to look for work I must know what all a company offeres to there employees that work for them. This brings the competitiveness to me and any other person that is applying for the job. It brings that out of people because people want the best for them and there familys. It also brings it out to the employees that all ready work that the new person is here and is working harder and longer to get all the bonuses that they can be rewarded for there hard work.
