A tiger is a lone hunter, and will silently stalk prey, using their camouflage to blend in with their surrounding habitat. Making their way behind their prey, they lower their body to the ground, once in range, they will wait for an opportune moment to pounce. They hold the animal in place by sinking their claws in deeply, whilst biting at the throat to break the windpipe. Once in the tigers grip, death comes to an animal very quickly.
