Death by Security Measures - Deaths of people including being electrocuted when getting a tomato, a man dying by moving a soup bowl, and a woman electrocuted from her passkey.

Do It Yourself Death - Deaths of men who built saunas, metal straps on electric chairs and fixing microwaves yourself.

Death by a Remedy - A man overdoses on Vitamin A, a man trapped has its exit strategy fatal, and a woman takes a lethal dose of UV radiation.

Rich and Famous Deaths - The deaths of Brandon Lee, Rasputin and Isadora Duncan.

Death in New York - An uncomplicated task leads to death, sleeping leads to being crushed by boulders, and a dog-walker is electrified to death.
