As a Muslim, Eid is to be considered as your celebration day. You should enjoy it as much as you can, you should also share this enjoyment with your family, relatives, and friends. There are certain things you should do in each eid. for example, in eld alftar , the one after Ramadan ends, you should give your "Zkah Alftar", which consist of about 3k of rice, flour ...etc. And so on. On both the two eids, the best thing to be done is that Muslims pray in the morning (after sunrise) the eid prayer. For eid Al-Fitr, they pay Zakat Alfitr before the eid prayer. On eid Al-Adha, Muslims make the sacrifice after the eid prayer.
Traditionally, Eid al-Adha lasts from the 10th of Dhul Hijjah to the 13th. The takbir is recited from the Maghrib prayer on the 9th to the Asr prayer on the 12th.
Eid al-Adha is three days long. Muslim children should be excused from school for at least the first day, so that they can attend Salat-al-Eid, the Eid prayer service. Eid al-Adha is three days long.
