A format will erase EVERYTHING, so if you have an external harddrive, backup everything in there. It will also erase youroperating system as well. If you reformat, your computer won't havean OS to boot from. If your computer is manufactured one like DELL/Compaq/HP/Gateway,your computer may have com…e with a system restore disk that will dothe reformat for you and install everything exactly as it was whenyou brought it home. If it doesn't come with this disc, many timesyou can buy it from the manufacturer. If your computer is an Acer, there is an option using Acer eRecovery Service to restore it tothe Factory Defaults. Your Acer may also have come with a recoverydisk, which you can restore using using the eRecovery Service. 1. Insert your manufacturer restore disk or Operating System disk 2. When you initially turn on the computer enter the boot menu, change the boot sequence to have the CD-ROM boot first rather thanthe Hard Drive and follow the instructions. You can use programs such as Active@ KillDisk found at killdisk.comThese programs are available in case you don't have an OperatingSystem disk available to you or you are throwing your hard driveaway and don't want your data out there possibly in the wronghands. Boot n Nuke is another piece of free software that canformat and erase your hard drive over and over again. 1.Go to dban.org 2.Click "Download" 3.Click "for CD and DVD media"4.Burn the downloaded file to CD/DVD with an ISO burning softwarelike infrarecorder which is free to download at infrarecorder.org.5.Insert the disc and reboot the machine. 6.If your PC is set toboot from the CD/DVD drive first, it should boot dban. If not pressF8 or F12 then select DVD drive. 7.Your PC should load the disc andthen follow the instructions on the screen. Formatting may takesome time but it is well worth it because it erases data a fewtimes to a standard where no data is recoverable. (MORE)
What is the fate of WPLJ under citadel broadcasting will it change format if so what will the new format be?
wplj in nyc would make a great country music station as it is well received in NJ as well from Dennis Buyers Browns Mills NJ 08015 email firstname.lastname@example.org
Answer . Depending on your hard drive. If it's a new external hard drive you should check to see if it's preformatted for your computer. For example I just bought a new LaCie drive for my Mac Powerbook. It already comes preformatted in HFS mode so I didn't have to do anything.\n. \nOther exte…rnal hard drives allow you to put files in a hard drive without formatting, but this can cause problems later on down the road. Some Mac who have Seagate external hard drives have reported a clicking noise and malfunctioning. I personally have had this experience as I was sharing it with a PC (Seagate doesn't recommend this). It wasn't formatted thus I couldn't put some simple stuff on the hard drive such as folders with folder icons!\n. \nTo format any hard drive, connect your hard drive to you Mac. Then open the disk utilities application that can be found in the utilities folder in the application folder. Select the hard drive you want to format. To find out the rest, google it. haha. I kind of forget what which button to push, but it's fairly simple.\n. \nI would recommend getting specific drives for PC and Mac. You can never be too safe when backing up your information. So far my LaCie works great and is quieter than my Seagate. (MORE)
No. Elements cannot be created or destroyed in chemical reactions. Chemical reactions involve pre-existing elements coming together to form compounds.
Turbulence deep within giant clouds of gas in space gives rise to knots with so much mass that the gas and dust can begin to collapse under its own gravitational attraction. The material at the center begins to heat up and will one day become a star. A star needs to form from a nebula , or a giant …cloud of hydrogen gas. There are nebulae scattered throughout our galaxy and they are often called "stellar nursuries" because they give rise to stars. Often, radiation from a nearby supernova will trigger the formation of stars within the region by causing the clouds of gas to begin to contract. The gases will collect in the center and begin to heat up from friction, forming a protostar . For a true star to form it needs to begin the process of nuclear fusion . Eventually the protostar will get hot enough for hydrogen to begin fusing into helium, releasing large amounts of heat and light, among other forms of radiation. And so, a star is born. This entire process is slow and usually happens over long periods spanning millions of years. (MORE)
Once a group becomes isolated, members of the isolated group mutateto adapt to their new environment. For birds, this may mean newcolors, food preferences and so on, which make it entirelydifferent from the original. Once a group becomes isolated, membersof the isolated group can no longer mate with… the rest of thespecies. (MORE)
Crustal accretion, crustal generation and crustal (petro)genesis are all terms that appear in the literature to describe the process of crustal formation. There are probably a large number of others!

Formation of new crust occurs at divergent plate boundaries known as mid-ocean ridges, where upwelling magma fills the void between plates that are moving apart.
This usually requires some kind of event that splits a population into two or more isolated populations that can no longer interact. Ordinary evolutionary processes then act on each population independently, usually causing genetic divergence between the populations. If the divergence gets large eno…ugh that they either can no longer interbreed or refuse to interbreed between populations when again given the chance; then they are "new" species. (MORE)
yes, when I used to grow potatoes in my garden, I would just quarter a potato and plant the pieces.. Certainly. Potatoes are often 'seeded' with a potato that has eyes growing that is cut up and planted rather than starting them from seed.
The books were not arranged in the order of when written but according to subject matter. The first five books are about Jesus life and His activities preaching the good news of the kingdom along with Acts being about what those first four books led to, that is the activities of the apostles and the… forming of congregations by the preaching work Jesus commanded them to do at Matthew 28:19-20. Primary boot hard disk If you are replacing the primary boot disk (and the OS with it) this may be very easy. Windows 2000/ME/XP/Vista: Once the new hard disk is installed, simply boot from the windows CD. The installation process will walk you through will be partitioning and formatting the ha…rd disk as part of the install routine Windows 98/98: The process is a little more tricky as windows 98 CDs arent bootable, and most systems old enough to have come with windows 98 or below couldn't boot from CD anyway. You will need a windows boot floppy disk to boot to DOS where you can use the Fdisk and format commands to do the job. Additionally, nearly all modern Linux variants have an automated partitioning and formatting dialog as part of the standard install routine accessed by booting from the CD. Macintosh users, put in the OS CD and hold Shift whilst powering the system on. Secondary or external hard disk Ok so you bought a new hard disk & plugged it in and nothing happened. Windows 2000/XP/Vista Windows XP and Vista *should* just pop up a dialog when it sees an unpartitioned or unformatted disk has been added & ask the user if they want to partition or format it. In the control panel> administrative tools > Computer management. In the left frame look for "disk management" (you may have to expand the "storage" category in the left frame). Disk management gives you a list of all your hard disks (partitioned or not) and in the lower right section you can right-click on any unallocated space & choose to partition & format it. Note: always use quick-format, regular format can take hours and hours & makes no noticable difference. Note: be very careful when using the disk management utility. One of the disks in that list has your OS on it, one or two wrong clicks here can wipe the wrong disk & there goes everything. Make sure you are formatting what you think you're formatting and triple-check everything before you hit ok. Windows 95/98/ME Open up a DOS window (click start> run> type in "command") and type in "fdisk" (without the quotes of course) Fdisk has a pretty straight-forward interface, use it to select your new hard disk, and partition it however is needed. Note: be very careful when using fdisk. One of the disks in that list has your OS on it. Make sure youre partitioning the right disk or youll lose everything. Partition magic Most of the time when dealing with partitions and formatting all data on the hard disk is lost. There is an application available called Partition Magic which has the capability to alter partitions (resize, split, merge & the like) without losing the data. It is not free, but it is a very useful utility. (MORE)

I'm sure someone can add more to this for a more complete answer, but the Roman culture had a lot to do with influencing the New Testament because of the era it took place in. Actually it was the Jewish Culture who were the first to hear the words of Jesus and spread it (with the exception of Pa…ul who had a vision of Jesus on the road to Damascus and was converted) Paul actually never physically saw Jesus. Not until Constantine (whose Mother was a Christian) made Christianity the formal religion of the Roman Empire. He was going into battle and had a vision of the cross and heard the words with this conquer. Needless to say he won the battle and the Roman Empire was mandated to convert Christianity . But strangely Constantine didn't convert until on his death bed. Before he died he called the Bishops to council. The main argument was if Jesus was really God or man. With the vote of one Bishop it was resolved that Jesus was both Divine and Man. Then another council of Bishops was called because there were kinds of books floating around. These are what we now call the Lost Books of the Bible. They were more esoteric. So these were condemned. The remaining Books were compiled by the Bishops. Now not all of these Bishops were Roman. In fact they were mostly from Asia Minor. So all in all many cultures compiled what we now call the Bible. God Bless And keep the Faith Ruthie Thomas (MORE)

the isolation make that organism adapt to the place and evolved in the time and have a new species. I HOPE THIS HELPS ;)
reproductive isolation: the gene pools of two populations must become separated for them to become new species. As new species evolve, populations become reproductively isolated from each other.
When species become extinct their prey can increase their numbersbecause they are not being eaten. Predators of the extinct speciesmay suffer because their food supply decreases.

New stars are generally formed in the outer part of a Galaxy. Normally within spiral galaxies.
Somewhat. Blu-Rays are NOT DVDs and they only display HD and therefore will only work on HDTVs
Speciation would not be possible without reproductive isolation. We define species today as a group of organisms capable of reproducing fertile offspring. If there was no reproductive isolation, it means that the organisms are constantly interbreeding, mixing their genes, thus unable to become two m…utually reproductively exclusive groups, or different species. (MORE)
The existing species separate and stop interacting with each other which makes them interact with the species of their own area and develop new species. And that is how new species are formed.
Guarantee? No. If there is not sufficient variance genetically by recombination and mutation in the immediate environment then nothing will speciate. But geographic barriers are very likely to aid speciation.
Better privacy, Improved damaged-file recovery, More control over personal information. I'm pretty sure that is what it is.
Through erosion. Rocks that are already there can turn into new ones due to erosion and what's in the water (IE - Salt Water, etc.)
Allopatric Speciation (geographic isolation) can lead to the formation of a new species because the population is split in two smaller populations by a physical barrier (river, canyon, mountain...).

They are not necessarily important for planetary formation - directly, but they are important for the formation of solar systems and stars. When a rock gets weathered or eroded there are small pieces that come off and become sand. I suppose if the rock isn't strong a larger piece might break off and form a pebble or something small. Otherwise I don't really know what to tell you.
The new row is blank and the values and formulas in the existing row are pushed down by one. So if you had a formula in row 10 and inserted a new row to replace row 10, row 11 would now contain what was in row 10.
The process is called: speciation. Basically it's when two subpopulations become reproductively isolated from one another and diverge genetically, morphologically and behaviourally.
I presume you mean, how does a new species form?... A group of one species get seperated from another, and circumstance change. shall we say... the tempertature rises? this one group (in a high temperature) will have an advantage if they have less fur, for they will not be as hot, therefore the…y become 'desirable mates' and through many generations the species has less fur, becoming an altogether seperate species than it started (MORE)

The Bio/Profile format is intended to eventually be for all members, not just new ones. The current format doesn't have all the bells and the whistles that the old one does yet, which is why it hasn't been rolled out to everyone. The reason it has been rolled out to new users is that there are Fa…cebook connection features in it that help new users quickly populate their Bio with things that they have already populated on Facebook, thus making it easier for new users to have profiles with content, as opposed to the many, many old Bios that have no content at all. We're hoping part of that was because it was harder to fill them in, and this new format will overcome that hurdle. (MORE)
Yes. In a chemical reaction, the reactants are changed and rearranged to form a new substance.
Taking sexually reproducing plants for example, and keeping it simple, one can start with a plant possessing, say, 24 chromosome pairs going though replication and ending up with this replication producing 48 chromosome pairs; something not uncommon in plants. Now this new plant can not reproduce wi…th the founding population that has 24 chromosome pairs, so selfing may be a way that this plant can reproduce and begin a 48 chromosome pair population and a new species of plant. Remember, more chromosomes and more protein product leading to duplication, mutation and new traits in our new population. (MORE)
