Most POTS patients have never fainted, but suffer nonetheless. Being in a state of near syncope still includes nausea, extreme anxiety as the adrenaline is pumping through you, tremors, inability to walk go to work, take care of your family. Countless doctors have said that POTS cannot kill you just kill your lifestyle. For an adult it changes your life drastically. There is hope, but your life will change.>
