Base salary depends heavily on how much you earn before promotion. Pay is now weekly. You get a raise after your first 6 months and only at the year mark 1 year and then annual raises from 2.5 to 5%.

Practice and consistency in your training will help you improve and eventually pass that aspect of the PT test.
