Honestly, I dont think there is a way. Basically just do long distance running (2 to 3miles) everyday, or whenever you get the chance. Doing as many sit ups, push ups, & pull ups as possible. Eat healthy, limit your amount of food, and try not to eat take out. Hope this helps!
