If you follow it carefully, and exercise exactly as recommended (that's a must) you could well lose 15 pounds in one month. Any more than that is unrealistic, or will seriously threaten your health. People bound and determined to lose 30 pounds in one month wind up very ill or very depressed - which may be worse.

CRASH DIETS ARE DANGEROUS, BUT HERE'S WHAT WORKSIf you take ALL yeast out of your diet you'll see the fat drop off you. However, don't go further when you reach the weight you want and keep the yeast out of your diet. Yeast is cause for yeast infections in humans as well as a myriad of other problems, but our bodies need some yeast. In 6 weeks without yeast in your diet (read your labels, stay away from anything that rises such as cakes, buns, bread) and then after the 6 weeks slowly introduce a LITTLE of the yeast back in. It's advisable to stay away from too many cakes and buns anyway, and start eating multi-grain breads instead. ALWAYS eat a well-balanced meal and quit the munchies after 8 PM.
