A headline printed across the entire width of a newspaper page is known as a "banner headline." It is used to grab attention and highlight the most important news story of the day. Banner headlines are typically larger and more prominent than regular headlines.

I think you're looking for the English translation of what Dutch DTP professionals call a 'streamer' (yes, the English term). It is a subheading that can be as wide as the page, or across several columns in a text.

Whats the meaning of advetorials?

an advetorial is an advertisement written in the form of an objective opinion editorial and presented in a printed publication, usually designed to look like a legitimate and independent news story. i.e advetorial= advertisement+editorial. advetorial commonly advertise new products or techniques such as new design for golf equipment or a new form of laser surgery. The tone is usually closer to that of press release than of an objective news story. advetorials can also be printed and presented as an entire newspaper section, inserted the same way within a newspaper as comic section and other non editorial content.

What is the purpose of a headline in an ad?

A headline is a line set in a large type to get readers' attention and lead into the body copy. It is supposed to be a relevant summary of what follows as an attention-getter. To be effective, a headline must serve a few purposes. Attracting attention is first and foremost, but it must also engage the audience, explain the visual, lead the audience into the body copy, and cue the selling message. The average message has only a couple of seconds to capture a reader's attention. Ideally, headlines present a complete selling idea. Research shows that on average three to five times as many people read the headline vs. read the body. If the sell isn't clear in the headline, the message would be a waste to the client's money. In outdoor posters or billboards, the headline is the only copy, so it has to communicate the entire message along with the visuals. The difficult is that the headline needs to be short and sufficient. Also healines are used to showcase news, as in newspapers.

What is the longest sentence out of all of Shakespeare's works?

Hard to say because of the nature of punctuation when the plays were being printed. In the Second Quarto of Hamlet, the entire "To be or not to be" speech is printed without a full stop as if it were one sentence.
